NATURE OF ORGANIZATION OF SANDALWOOD PARK
Sandalwood Park Homeowners, Inc. is a cooperate form of association incorporated (as not-for-profit) under the laws of the State of Florida. The Association purchased the a mobile home park located at 300 Sandpiper Drive, Venice, Florida on December 23, 1996. It is responsible for operation and maintenance of the property in accordance with Florida Statutes and governing documents. The park consists of 239 mobile homes along with amenities located on 44 and 1/2 acres.
Under this cooperative form of organization, ownership of all par assets is vested with the Association. Occupants of a mobile home may acquire a proprietary leasehold interest by purchasing a membership certificate, which entitles the owner to control and use, rent free, their respective lot. Each certificate holder has an undivided interest in the Association's assets.
Each prospective resident will fill out an application for residency and be interviewed by the new resident committee for acceptance to Sandalwood Park. A background and credit record will be preformed for the security and safety of our residents.

QUARTERLY MAINTENANCE FEES:
Basic cable and Lawn Care are included with the maintenance fees
