When you click on desired newsletter below the newsletter will download into Acrobat Reader on your computer. This may take a few moments or longer if your computer is slower. Please be patient. Occasionally, a computer does not have Acrobat installed and will ask you if you would like to install the software when a program such as the newsletter requests it. It is ok to go ahead and download this software onto your computer. When it is finished installing, you will be able to read the newsletter. When the newsletter downloads it may be in very large print, depending on how Acrobat is set up in your system. In the toolbar at the top of your screen you will see a percentage which is the size of the document. You can adjust the size to a size suitable for your viewing and reading. 80% seems to be the most acceptable. If you want to print the newsletter to read, simply click on the printer icon in the 2nd toolbar from the top of the screen. You can also LISTEN the newsletter. In the toolbar at the top of the screen, select View. From the drop down menu, select Read Out Loud. You can then select to read only one page at a time or the complete document. Some pages, mostly pages with blocks and ads will be jumbled. But story pages and meeting minutes will read out loud quite clearly. Try it out….click below to download the newsletter. ENJOY!! |
